–Matt and Kurt should add/customize this later with his style as well–
Talko Grande is a podcast created by three creative, funny fellows from Denver, Colorado. These guys are called Kurt, Matt, and Jeff, for these are their names. The podcast is the center of our entertainment blitz, supplemented by our FaceBook page and Twitter feed.
It’s created on the cheap in our houses, basements and apartments with the major cost of production taking the form of our weekly supply of beer. In fact, we are actively seeking sponsors to provide us with this beer and/or money. But mostly beer. We will repay our sponsors’ generosity by whoring ourselves out and graciously mentioning your company/product weekly on our show.
We are the kind of guys who have lots of opinions, usually pretty well informed ones.We are the kind of guys who have such great conversations between ourselves, that we couldn’t stop from recording it and presenting it to the world. We are the kind of guys who shoot squirrels. We are the kind of guys who do a lot of creative things ranging from home-building, music making, fancy dancing, graphic designing, drawing, painting and … crafts.
Should we put in something about the rants and tangents? We are known to rant, and go on tangents. We have a term for what happens after we’ve digressed so far off topic that we need to alert each other to regain composure and get to the fucking point already. We call it “Slap a Fat Chick” … after you’ve slapped the fat chick, you either need to run, or stand and fight. So if you’re just refusing to finish your story by re-digressing, then you are “Fighting a Fat Chick.” We are not misogynists, we love fat chicks. Do we really? It’s just an expression folks, settle down. Maybe we’ll also say something about fat guys. Maybe we’ll decide to pick on animals like Zebus instead. We are not abusing animals (apart from the occasional squirrel). Settle down PETA. Maybe we’ll decide to pick on terrorist organizations like Focus on the Family. Maybe we’ll pick on just about every-fucking-thing, and in the mean time, talk about what we like.
